Tuition and Payment
Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, or credit card payments. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. If you are paying through a monthly installment plan, you may set up automatic payments through your MyMusicStaff student portal. Please make checks payable to Gori Voice Studios, LLC.
Payment terms and schedule:
Refunds: We do not issue refunds.
Family Discount: We offer a 10% discount on our Membership plans for families with more than one enrolled student. Full tuition is due for the first family member enrolled, but tuition for subsequent family members is discounted 10% for that academic year.
Our primary mode of communication for studio news, updates, and events is through email. Please make certain that these studio email addresses are on your “safe sender” list or “whitelist”:

Lesson and Studio Event Reminder Email and Text Messages: Our MyMusicStaff system automatically generates reminders 72 hours in advance of lessons and most events. These reminders will be sent to your email address and cell phone on file with us. If you wish to change how you receive or discontinue these reminders, you may do so via your MyMusicStaff student portal.
Contacting the Studio: We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. You may contact the studio by phone at 301-946-6530 or by email to the above addresses. We will reply within 24 hours whenever possible. (Please note that the studio phone is a landline which cannot receive text messages.)
Studio Schedule and Time Considerations
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
You are welcome to cancel as many lessons as you wish and reschedule as possible subject to the following terms and conditions:
Late Cancellations, e.g., less than 48 hours’ notice:
If you must cancel a lesson with less than 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to take advantage of one of the following options:
Please do not come to an In-Person Lesson if you or a member of your immediate household are showing any symptoms of communicable illness such as fever, body aches, cough, or a sore throat that cannot be attributed to allergies or non-contagious illness!
If you must cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may request either an Online Lesson or one of the Asynchronous options up to 2 hours before your scheduled lesson.
Teacher Cancellation Policy:
If your regular teacher is unable to meet with you, our other teacher will serve as your substitute teacher during your regular lesson time. If both teachers are unavailable, we will offer you your choice of rescheduling the lesson or utilizing one of the Asynchronous Lesson options listed above.
While we support your participation in theater productions, choral ensembles, and sports, we ask that you honor your commitment to your individual vocal studies by making your lessons a priority.
